project-the burial ground
and historical spot, uses
4.3 truth-finding report as
educational material, and
proposes to continue to promote
the truth-finding and the
memorial project. It is the
task for local government
and the government to discuss
and understand it in depth
for 4.3 solution for reconciliation
and compatibility.
